1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Secstable ("Agency," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, users, and others who access our SEO and WordPress development services.

2. Scope of Services

Secstable provides specialized technical SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and custom WordPress development. While we operate a global strategy hub serving markets like Sydney, our operations and legal seat are based in Pakistan.

3. Payment & Project Commencement

• Projects commence only after the receipt of the agreed-upon initial deposit.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has been initiated, reflecting the time and technical resources allocated to your project.
• Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the project quote.

4. SEO & Ranking Policies

Secstable utilizes white-hat, industry-standard SEO techniques. You acknowledge that:

• Search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) frequently update their algorithms. We cannot be held liable for sudden shifts in rankings caused by these external updates.
• We do not own the search engines and therefore cannot guarantee specific ranking positions.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the front-end visual design and content created specifically for their project. However, Secstable retains ownership of any proprietary code, scripts, or internal methodologies used to enhance site performance or SEO.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Secstable be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of our services.
